How do I send my pre-loved item to Wet Pocket?
At checkout, let us know your delivery address.

We will then select a courier best suited to you based on locality. If you have a prefer courier in mind, you can also provide it at checkout, however this doesn't guarantee it will be selected for your Pre-Postage label and delivery.
Using the Pre-Paid Postage label, simply send the desired item to us at Wet Pocket.
How long will my Wet Pocket take?
Once the order has been processed, you will be sent your Pre-Paid Postage Label. It is then up to the customer to package and send their item over to Wet Pocket.

We will get in contact to let you know that the order has been received.

The design and painting process can then take between 5-10 working days. This may span up to 20 working days for larger, intricate pieces.

You will receive email confirmation when your Wet Pocket is on it's way back to you.
How much is delivery?
We provide a flat rate delivery fee.
​
This is £5 for UK based orders and £10 for international orders.
​
Delivery fee includes the Pre-Paid Postage Label cost, as well as the delivery of your completed Wet Pocket Product.
​
For larger orders (please contact us) a higher delivery fee may apply.
​
We are not responsible for covering the cost of customs and fees.
How long does it last?
Our artist has curated a specialised paint mixture using fabric medium and acrylic paint.
​
Once applied, this is then sealed into the denim fabric using heat.
​
This ensures that your Wet Pocket is invincible! It will not come out in the wash, or run down your clothes in the rain - you have our word!
​
However, in the name of saving our good planet, we do encourage giving your mashing machine a break and spot cleaning instead!
I have changed my idea, what should I do?
Changed your idea but already paid and submitted your order? No stress!

If you want to make additions to your order, you can get in touch at any time as long as the order hasn't already shipped.

Will my item be featured online?
We are a small business, and all the content we can get, we want to show the world!
​
We would love it EVEN MORE if you could take photos in your Wet Pocket and promote it online, whether that be instagram or tiktok and tag us @wetpocketwears
​
If we like what we see, we will repost it (with your permission) and gift you a £5 Wet Pocket voucher as a thank you.
