At Wet Pocket, every piece is individually hand-painted and made to order.

 

Because our work is fully customized and created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

1. Commissioned & Hand-Painted Work

   • Each garment is a one-of-a-kind artwork. Variations in colour, texture, and brushstroke are part of the creative process and are not considered flaws​.

2. No Returns or Refunds

   • Once an order is placed and work has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

   • We do not offer replacements for change of mind after the process has started.

3. Garment Condition & Care

   • Customers are responsible for providing garments in clean and wearable condition (if sending in their own).

   • Detailed care instructions will be provided with each order. Wet Pocket is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or normal wear and tear.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

   • If your order arrives damaged in transit or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will review each case individually.
