Couriers & Carriers

• There is a fixed fee of £5 delivery fee for UK based customers and £10 for international customers.

• Pre-Paid Postage Labels will be sent to your inbox once your order has been processed. If you do not receive this within 3 working days, please check your junk or get contact us at wetpocketwears@outlook.com

• Upon checkout, you can provide us with a preferred courier, however this is not guaranteed.

• We choose the best courier for your location to make sure your package arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

• Because each piece is painted by hand, please allow up to 10 working days after your item has arrived with our artist for your order to be created before it ships. (For larger pieces, commission timelines will always be confirmed with you before we begin.)

International Orders

• Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by your country.

• Delivery times can vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your piece’s journey to your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Once a package is handed over to the courier, it’s in their care. We’re not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping.

• If your package arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll review it together.
